Christmas Packages Terms & Conditions

.Dear Customer,

Thank you for your interest in our 2012 Christmas Party Packages.
If the information below does not answer all your questions, or you would like to book your party, then please do not hesitate to give one of our friendly staff a call on 01226 732932.

Please be aware of the following conditions:
1. Our traditional menu ‘Christmas Menu 1’ is served everyday up until 6pm. An 8pm sitting is also available Sunday-Thursday. Our staff will ensure that your bowling is arranged around this. (subject to lane availability).

2. In addition our traditional menu ‘Christmas Menu 1’ requires a minimum of 6 people and our buffet menu ‘Christmas Menu 3’ requires a minimum of 12 people, Children’s meal deals ‘Christmas Menu 4’ require a minimum of 15 Children.

3. All our packages must be paid for at least 1 week in advance. Teams and menu choice must be given at time of payment.

4. We do all we can to maintain an exciting family atmosphere. With this in mind we fully back the governments ‘Responsible Drinking’ campaigns and we will not permit anyone who we think has had too much to drink to bowl, or continue to be served at the bar. This is for the safety of all our customers.

5. In addition we operate a strict ‘Think 21’ policy, this means that all members of your party who look under the age of 21 must produce ID before we will serve them at the bar. Customers are not permitted to buy alcohol for persons who cannot prove their age. We also ask that if all members of your party are drinking you make adequate arrangements for a safe journey home.
